HOPE Family Care Center is a faith based 501(c)(3) non-profit clinic providing free medical, dental, counseling, women’s health, mammograms and diabetes education services to uninsured, under-insured, and medically under-served patients from Hamilton, Tipton, Madison, and Boone counties, and throughout Central Indiana.
