Center represents the coordination of services that provide health care, low or no cost medication, community health education with screenings for primary disease prevention and early intervention, food pantry assistance.

To better serve our community's needs HOPE Family Care Center Inc. will open...
Every 1st Saturday for an open access, acute medical clinic starting at 9:00AM
(Providing a general medical clinic for immediate medical needs on a "first come, first served" basis)
Every 3rd Saturday for a Pediatric Clinic starting at 9:00AM
(Serving only Children; newborns to 18 years old, on a "first come, first served" basis)
Every 2nd Thursday evening for an open access, acute medical clinic starting at 6:00PM
(Providing an acute medical clinic for immediate medical needs on a "first come, first served" basis)
Every 4th Thursday evening for a Women's Clinic
starting at 6:00PM
(Serving only Women, 18 years and older for annual wellness exam, PAP and clinical breast exams with scheduled appointments only)
