HOPE Family Care Center is a Christ-centered organization offering FREE  urgent health care to families who are uninsured or those without sufficient health services in Cicero and surrounding communities.

• Well-child exams and checkups
• Monthly Pediatric clinics
• Women's Health Clinics (by appointment only)
• EKG and Laboratory tests
• School immunizations
• Sports physicals
• Assistance with social service resources
